Goldie & Co. Skin Medicine is a boutique medical aesthetic practice in the heart of downtown Lodi, California — inspired by the fierce, welcoming spirit of Brittany’s late great grandmother, Goldie.
THE LEGACY OF GOLDIE
Goldie & Co. Skin Medicine was created to celebrate not only Goldie’s strong spirit, but the spirit of every woman we are honored to care for. Goldie was many things — daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, friend. But more than anything, she was a safe place.
Depending on the day, she could be silence, gossip, banter, a hot cup of Folgers coffee, or a guaranteed episode of Days of Our Lives. She was independent, feisty, generous, and unapologetically herself. She lived life on her own terms — and there was no telling Goldie what to do.
In true Goldie fashion, our practice is built to embrace your individuality. We are here to highlight the best version of you — not change who you are.

MEET BRITTANY
Born and raised in Lodi, California, Brittany comes from a long line of nurses and first responders, inspired early on by her mother, Colette. While she once resisted that path, caregiving ultimately proved to be part of who she is. She earned her Bachelor of Science in 2007, became a Registered Nurse in 2009, and completed her Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017.
Her background includes 12 years in Emergency Medicine and 5 years in Plastic Surgery under the direction of Boards Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Nathan Kludt. She has trained with leading injectors worldwide and earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification in 2022—an advanced distinction in aesthetic nursing. Goldie & Co. Skin Medicine is supervised by Dr. Zachary Wagner, founder of Rella Aesthetics, located in Vacaville & Napa, California.

For Brittany, aesthetic medicine is where art and science meet—and where she feels most aligned. After years of full-time injecting in plastic surgery, she felt called to create something more personal. Brittany believes “the universe rewards the brave”. That bravery and vision became Goldie—a space inspired by her late great-grandmother, built on intention, care, and meaningful connection.
Today, it is her honor to help patients feel confident and cared for, in the memory of Great Grandmother, Goldie. This work fulfills her as much as those she treats, and she is proud to carry forward a legacy of making people feel seen, beautiful, and valued.
MEET BROOKE
Brooke began her career in nursing in 2013 and angered the world of aesthetics in 20202. She brings years of surgical experience to her role in aesthetic medicine. Her background in surgery shaped her attention to detail, understanding of anatomy, and commitment to patient safety skills that have blended naturally into aesthetic nursing. She loves combining her clinical experience with an artistic eye to create thoughtful, natural-looking results that help patients feel like the best version of themselves.
Her favorite treatment to both perform and receive is lip filler. She loves the artistry and subtle impact that beautifully balanced lips can have. Brooke is a strong believer in the “lip pick me up” motto. IYKYK.
One treatment Brooke believes is most underused yet has one of the greatest impacts in the aesthetics is the magic of chin filler. A small, strategic enhancement to the chin can improve facial proportions, balance the profile, and subtly transform the entire face.
Outside of Goldie, Brooke craves wholesome family time with her husband and two boys. She loves family traditions, a good girls’ trip (especially an escape to Santa Barbara), and unwinding with a little Bravo TV.
For Brooke, aesthetics is the perfect blend of everything she loves: medicine, artistry, connection, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
MEET COLETTE
A Registered Nurse since 2000, Colette is the bridge between our namesake and our future—she is Goldie’s granddaughter and Brittany and Brooke's mother.
Colette is a lover of the ocean, country music, fashion, and traditional family values. She is always up for a good time. While her self-proclaimed role at Goldie & Co. is "Hospitality" (and bringing the energy), she is also our most enthusiastic patient. When asked what her favorite treatment is, her answer is simple: "Give me everything!"
MEET AUDREY
Audrey works closely alongside Brittany and Brooke to ensure every patient experience feels seamless, thoughtful, and elevated from start to finish. From your first phone call to your final glow check, Audrey is here to make every detail feel effortless and every visit feel personal.
Born and raised in Lodi with a touch of Texas hospitality, Audrey brings warmth, grace, and genuine care to everything she does. She is a devoted wife, proud dance mom, her son’s biggest cheerleader, a Disney enthusiast, and someone who naturally makes others feel welcomed and supported.
A Goldie Girl since the early days, Audrey embodies everything Goldie & Co. stands for: heart, joy, connection, and unwavering support. Her favorite treatment is Botox, and she loves the ease and consistency of being a Goldie member herself.
MEET MELISSA
Melissa Chase works alongside founder Brittany as the creative marketing consultant behind the branding, visual storytelling, and digital presence of Goldie & Co.
With a background rooted in luxury branding, social media strategy, and elevated client experiences, Melissa helps bring the Goldie vision to life across every touchpoint. From social media and campaign strategy to visual merchandising, collaborative partnerships,
and in office branding, her focus is creating a cohesive experience that feels thoughtful, refined, and unmistakably Goldie.
Melissa has a passion for helping brands connect in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and visually compelling. Her approach blends strategy with storytelling, ensuring every detail from imagery and messaging to patient experience and digital presence reflects the heart of the brand.
Known for her warm, editorial aesthetic and creative eye, Melissa brings a thoughtful approach to building brands that feel both elevated and deeply personal. When she is not working behind the scenes at Goldie, she is spending time with her husband and three children, cheering from the sidelines, watching movies with her oldest son, or dreaming up her next creative vision.
